NANOPURE SERIES NP-M300

In industrial processes, there are a large number of valuable resources that end up in wastewater. Extracting valuable resources from wastewater is an important strategy for reducing waste and conserving feed resources, turning waste into useful resources. Hence, in addition to the treatment capability exhibited by NP-M1000, the NanoPure NP-M300 is an ideal option for treating industrial wastewater due to its small pore size, outstanding chemical tolerance, and tunable surface charge.

Product
Specification

The NP-M300 features a high level of magnesium rejection, exceeding 90%, making it an excellent choice for treating all types of industrial wastewater. The membrane utilizes a modified PES material that exhibits high chemical tolerance under extreme conditions, including acidic, caustic, and oxidizing environments.

The NP-M300 has a typical flux of 15 - 20 LMH/bar, with a low membrane fouling tendency. The membrane has a sodium chloride rejection level between 30% and 40%, providing an additional level of filtration and purification.

The NP-M300 can be used to remove hardness and color, effectively and efficiently addressing critical issues in industrial wastewater treatment. By utilizing the NP-M300, industries can improve their operational efficiency while conserving valuable resources, reducing waste, and contributing to a sustainable future.
